Ademola Lookman feels that Atalanta should be pleased with their performance in Wednesday night’s win over Stuttgart.
The team led by Gian Piero Gasperini maintained their strong run in the competition by defeating their hosts 2-0.
In the 51st minute, Lookman beat substitute Charles De Ketelaere’s pull-back and tapped in from five yards out to give La Dea the lead.

The lead was extended two minutes from the end by Nicolò Zaniolo.
“We had a positive first half. We created dangerous moments in the game, so (the aim was to) just keep doing what we were doing.
“We knew the chances would come and we took them. We’re happy with the three points and we’ll keep going,” he told UEFA.com.
“We knew how important this game would be. Coming here is never easy – I think we all saw the atmosphere and how loud it was.
“It was great for us to experience it and play here, and wonderful for us to put on the performance that we did in this stadium.”
Lookman has participated in 13 games for Atalanta this season across all competitions, tallying eight goals and dishing out five assists.
