AFCON 2025 AFCON: Firat Names Kenya Squad for Zimbabwe and Namibia Qualifiers

Coach Engin Firat has named his 23-man squad for their crucial final two AFCON 2025 qualifier matches against Zimbabwe and Namibia.

Notably, U20 captain Amos Wanjala has earned his first call up to the senior team. Both matches are set to take place at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane, South Africa.

The team will depart Nairobi on November 11, 2024, headed for Johannesburg, as they prepare to face Zimbabwe on Tuesday, November 15 and Namibia on Friday, November 19.

Kenya currently sits thirds in group J with 4 points with Cameroon leading the group with 10 points and Zimbabwe following with 8 points.
