Senegal’s Oumar Kane became the first African fighter to be crowned ONE Heavyweight MMA world champion in martial arts organization ONE Championship.

Heavyweight MMA world champion Anatoly Malykhin.

Despite having picked up a deserved unanimous decision victory against BJJ legend Marcus
Almeida, Kane entered the bout as the underdog against the three-division MMA world champion.
