According to Roger Wittman, Kelechi Iheanacho’s agent, Egyptian powerhouse Al Ahly has no interest in the forward.

Last summer, Iheanacho joined La Liga team Sevilla on a free transfer.

However, the Nigerian international has had difficulty getting consistent playing time at the previous UEFA Europa League winners.

In nine league games for the Rojiblancos, the 28-year-old has neither scored or provided an assist.

Al Ahly is said to be one of the striker’s admirers, and he has been linked to a move away from Sevilla this month.

However, Wittman has denied any connection to the several African champions.

“No one from Egypt has contacted us to talk about the footballer, so therefore the news that there are completely false,” he was quoted by AS.
