Uganda SC Villa joins 14 UPL sides in the Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 32

Nine-time Uganda Cup winners SC Villa stormed the round of 32 of the Stanbic Uganda Cup after beating Seeta United 3-0 at Mukono.

Aslam Ssemakula, Patrick Kakande and Arnold Odong scored for Morley Byekwaso’s men to remain in contention for the cup.

With only Mbale Heroes eliminated so far amongst the premier league clubs, the competition next draw will have 14 teams so far from the top division.

KCCA could join them in the next stage if they overcome 403 Brigade who they face in Napak on Friday.

Vipers, NEC, Wakiso Giants, Mbarara City, Police, BUL, Lugazi, UPDF, Maroons, Express FC, URA, Kitara, SC Villa and Soltilo Bright Stars are already through to the next round.
