Kabiru Dogo, the technical adviser for Nasarawa United, has expressed dissatisfaction after his team’s defeat by El-kanemi Warriors.

Against Aliyu Zubairu’s team in Maiduguri on Saturday, the Solid Miners lost 1-0. Three minutes prior to the half,

Al Amin Umar gave El-kanemi Warriors the game-winning goal. Dogo gave his team credit for their diligence during the fiercely contested match.

“We are gutted to lose against El-Kanemi Warriors, but we can’t fault our effort,” Dogo stated in a post-match interview.

“I am incredibly proud of the team’s display. We dominated the game, created numerous chances, and deserved more.

“Sometimes, football can be cruel, but we will take the positives, regroup, analyze our performance, and come back stronger in our next game against Ikorodu City at our home ground.”

Nasarawa United will Ikorodu City in their next league game.
