Africa Soccer Liberia FA Conducts Two-Day CMS Training Workshop for Match Officials

The Liberia Football Association (LFA) on Wednesday, 11 June, commenced a two-day Competition Management System (CMS) training workshop for referees, assessors, and match commissioners.

The workshop aims to enhance the participants’ understanding and effective use of the CMS platform.
Referees and assessors convened on the first day, where they participated in practical sessions that addressed match reporting, data input, and match-day procedures through the use of the CMS.

At the close of day one, LFA President Mustapha I. Raji emphasized the significance of the CMS in enhancing efficiency, promoting transparency, and conforming to international standards. “The system is not meant to target anyone,” he emphasised.

Day two will focus on training match commissioners and the final group of referees. The LFA remains committed to strengthening all aspects of football governance and will continue to invest in capacity-building initiatives at all levels of the game.
