Manchester United, one of the biggest teams in the Premier League, has resumed negotiations with Victor Osimhen over a possible summer transfer.

Before the new season starts, United wants to sign a striker.

The Red Devils are among the teams interested in signing Osimhen, who plans to depart the Serie A winners this summer.

The 26-year-old Nigerian international is requesting €12 million in salary from his possible new team.

Galatasaray is aiming to keep him in Turkey, where he spent the previous season on loan.

The former Lille attacker is being sought by Napoli for €75 million.

Osimhen’s transfer to Manchester United was previously discussed in May, and the conditions of that possible deal are still the same.

In order to increase their attacking alternatives this summer, the Old Trafford team is also looking at other targets, such as Bryan Mbeumo of Brentford.

Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Matheus Cunha has already been signed by them.

With 37 goals and six assists in 41 appearances in all competitions, Osimhen contributed to Galatasaray’s victories in the Turkish League and Cup.
