Ghana Ghanaian Striker Kwasi Donsu Returns to Malta, Signs for Tarxien Rainbows

Ghanaian forward Kwasi Donsu has completed a move to Maltese Premier League side Tarxien Rainbows ahead of the 2025/26 season.

The 29-year-old marks his return to Maltese football, having previously featured for Sirens FC and Mgarr United during earlier stints in the country.

Donsu most recently played for Medeama SC in the Ghana Premier League, where he was a key part of the squad and contributed with crucial goals and experience. His versatility in attack and set-piece prowess made him a fan favorite in Tarkwa.

Now, the well-traveled striker heads back to familiar territory, hoping to make a strong impact with Tarxien Rainbows as they gear up for the new campaign. Donsu’s experience in both African and European football is expected to add quality and depth to the squad.

The move also reunites Donsu with the Maltese football scene at a time when the league continues to attract international talent looking to revive or reshape their careers.

He is expected to join preseason training in the coming days.
