“We have fond memories of France, and it would be very special for me to play against Morocco. The advantage is that they’re both great teams, playing at a high level. No matter who our opponent is, we’ll try to win and reach the final,” he said.
He continued in an interview with Mundo Deportivo: “The closer we get to the big games the semifinals or the final the better I play. I’ve never been the best player in the group stage, but that doesn’t worry me. I know I’ll have the chance to prove myself, and I hope the match against Belgium will be a great victory for the whole team.”
