Jamal Musiala reassures fans after two fainting spells

Jamal Musiala has reassured Bayern Munich fans after suffering two fainting spells within three days. The German international collapsed during a friendly against Heidenheim on Tuesday, just days after experiencing a similar episode against RB Leipzig.

The incidents understandably raised concerns ahead of the Bundesliga season, but Musiala has now spoken publicly about his condition and wants to reassure everyone around him.

Musiala explained that he has experienced brief and temporary absences linked to a neurological dysfunction. He said doctors can treat the issue and stressed that he faces “no additional risk” at this stage. “First and foremost, I am fine,” the 23-year-old said, while thanking fans for their messages and support. He also confirmed that Bayern Munich and his inner circle continue to support him as he receives medical care.

Despite the recent incidents, Musiala remains optimistic about his future and wants to focus on football. He thanked his teammates, the club and supporters for their backing and explained that their support motivates him to keep pursuing trophies. “What helps me the most in this journey is, with my team and your tremendous support, continuing to chase victories and titles,” he said. The Bayern star now hopes to continue his recovery and return to the pitch in the best possible conditions.
