Senegal’s Summer Takeover: Lions of Teranga Dominate the Transfer Market

Senegal’s footballing reputation continues to grow, and the summer transfer window has provided another striking illustration of the country’s emergence as one of Africa’s leading talent factories.

A number of Senegalese stars have secured high profile moves to some of Europe’s biggest clubs, with over €200 million in reported transfer fees attached to the deals involving five players.
