Ghanaian forward Ernest Nuamah delivered an impressive performance for Olympique Lyonnais as they secured a 3-1 victory over Auxerre.
The 22-year-old was directly involved in two of Lyon’s goals, scoring once and providing an assist to help his side claim a convincing win.
Beyond his attacking contributions, Nuamah also impressed with his work rate and physicality. He won six duels, made three recoveries and completed 70% of his passes during the match.
Nuamah’s performance will be encouraging for both Lyon and Ghana as the forward continues to build momentum and establish himself as an important attacking option.
