Ghana head coach Carlos Queiroz has maintained his faith in midfielder Kwasi Sibo by including him in the Black Stars’ 24 man squad for the upcoming 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Sibo has yet to make his competitive debut for Libyan club Al-Swehly following his move, but his lack of playing time has not prevented Queiroz from selecting him for the crucial international fixtures.
The midfielder has been named in Ghana’s squad for the qualifiers against Côte d’Ivoire and The Gambia as the Black Stars begin their campaign under Queiroz.
Ghana will face Côte d’Ivoire on September 24 before hosting The Gambia on September 27, with Sibo set to compete for a place in the midfield during the two fixtures.
