King Faisal FC owner Alhaji Karim Grusah has launched a scathing attack on Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Okraku, calling for his resignation following the Black Stars’ disappointing performances over the years.
Grusah rated Ghana’s display “zero” and expressed strong dissatisfaction with the current leadership of the GFA.
“Zero [on the Black Stars’ performances especially against Gambia]. The GFA President should resign. He’s a liar. He should resign,” Grusah said.
The outspoken football administrator also dismissed suggestions that FIFA could intervene to prevent calls for changes in the GFA leadership.
“FIFA cannot do anything, so he should stop those threats. I know all the secrets,” he added.
His comments come amid growing criticism of the GFA following the Black Stars’ recent struggles and mounting concerns over the direction of Ghana football.
Grusah’s call for Okraku’s resignation adds to the pressure on the GFA president at a time when the association is facing increased scrutiny over the management of the national team and broader football administration.
