FUFA-UPL Club Chairpersons set for consultative meeting

The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) and the chairpersons of all Uganda Premier League clubs are set to have a consultative meeting scheduled for Thursday, 7th May 2026.

The meeting will take place at 11:00 a.m. at the FUFA Complex in Mengo and will bring together key stakeholders to discuss matters related to the top-tier league.

Matters to be discussed include a review of the 2025/26 season as well as governance, business and sporting plans for the 2026/27 season.

According to the FUFA Corporate Affairs Director Ahmed Hussein, this is one of the ways the institution keeps in touch with it’s members.

‘FUFA is always in constant communication with the clubs and the consultative meeting is one of the ways.’

Such consultative engagements are vital in strengthening collaboration with clubs and enhancing the overall performance of the league.
