Ghana and Algeria have officially unveiled their starting lineups ahead of their crucial CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations encounter in Morocco.

The Black Starlets will be led by captain Mujahid Osman, with Solomon Kesse starting in goal for the West Africans. Ghana’s lineup also features Michael Nyantakyi, Isaac Barfo, Eric Gyamfi and forward Mark Aboagye as they look to secure a strong result.

Algeria, meanwhile, have named Yazid Tifrani between the posts, while captain Ilyes Mekkaoui marshals the side. The North Africans will rely on the attacking threat of Yacine Abed, Adam Benali and Nazim Benghezel in what promises to be a fiercely contested showdown.

Both sides head into the match determined to make a statement on the continental stage as the battle for qualification intensifies at the U-17 AFCON.
