The Fassi side’s offensive momentum did not stop there; they continued to exploit their opponent’s defensive confusion, and just four minutes later, Ibai managed to add the fourth goal, sealing the home team’s 4-1 victory amid clear dominance by the Moroccan side.
This result gives Morocco’s Fassi a comfortable lead heading into the second leg, scheduled for September 12 in Burkina Faso, where they will have a real opportunity to confirm their superiority and secure a spot in the next round.
