Diallo highlighted Mainoo’s impressive performances and the experience he has gained despite his young age, describing his development as remarkable. He believes the midfielder’s ability to influence games sets him apart from other emerging talents in England’s top flight.
The Ivorian also reflected on Mainoo’s struggles for playing time under former Manchester United manager Rúben Amorim, noting that the midfielder remained patient and continued working hard despite limited opportunities.
