Ghana’s Black Queens will face Mauritius in the second round of the African qualifiers for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games women’s football tournament.
The two nations will meet in a two-legged tie, with Ghana travelling to Mauritius for the first leg on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
The first leg is scheduled for 2:30pm at the Côte d’Or National Sports Complex in Mauritius.
The Black Queens will then return home for the decisive second leg on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at the Accra Sports Stadium, with kick-off set for 4:00pm.
Ghana will be aiming to secure progress to the next stage of the African qualifying campaign as they pursue a place at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
The Black Queens have been drawn into Round 2 of the preliminary competition, where success over Mauritius across the two legs will keep their Olympic qualification hopes alive.
The return fixture in Accra is expected to give Ghana home support as they seek to complete the tie and advance in the qualification process.
