Hosted by the French Wrestling Federation, Isaac Mpia discussed a cooperation project with French officials to support wrestling development.
The discussions focused on several strategic priorities, including coach education, refereeing, and strengthening the technical skills of stakeholders involved in the sport.
Both federations highlighted the importance of sharing expertise and developing training opportunities to improve standards and encourage long-term growth.
This meeting also reflects the momentum created by the Union Francophone de Lutte, which seeks to strengthen cooperation between Francophone federations and promote the exchange of experience across the wrestling community.
In addition, both parties used the session to advance preparations for a future partnership agreement, expected to be officially signed in the coming weeks.
This collaboration could create new development opportunities and contribute to the continued progress of wrestling in Cameroon.
