England international Eddie Nketiah is reportedly on the verge of switching his international allegiance to represent Ghana at senior level.

The Crystal Palace forward is understood to be preparing to complete the necessary paperwork, which will subsequently be submitted to FIFA for consideration and approval.

Nketiah, who was born in England to Ghanaian parents, has represented the Three Lions at various youth levels and made his senior debut for England in 2023. However, his eligibility to switch to Ghana remains subject to FIFA’s approval of the required documentation.

The 27 year old has also recovered from a knock suffered at Crystal Palace and is expected to return to training today, providing a boost as discussions over his international future continue.
