According to reports, armed robbers blocked the team’s bus en route, opened fire, and forced players to flee into nearby bushes. In response, the Ghana Football Association expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family and the club, while pledging to work closely with security agencies to strengthen safety measures around league activities.
