Bibiani GoldStars have announced the signing of former Asante Kotoko striker Kwame Opoku ahead of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
The experienced forward joins the Miners as they strengthen their squad for another campaign in Ghana’s top flight.
Opoku previously featured for Asante Kotoko, where he established himself as a dangerous attacking option and gained valuable experience in the Ghana Premier League.
His arrival is expected to add firepower and experience to GoldStars’ attack as the club prepares for the new season.
GoldStars will be hoping Opoku can rediscover his best goalscoring form and play a key role in their ambitions for the 2026/27 campaign.
The move also represents another chapter in Opoku’s career as he returns to the Ghana Premier League with the Miners determined to make an impact.
