Port City secured a valuable 2–1 victory over Berekum Chelsea in an entertaining Ghana Premier League encounter.
The newly promoted side held their nerve to secure all three points in a closely fought contest, with Chelsea unable to find a response strong enough to take anything from the match.
The victory strengthens Port City’s position in the early league standings, where they had collected four points from their opening three matches.
Berekum Chelsea, meanwhile, remain on three points after three games, having recorded one victory and suffered two defeats.
