FC AshantiGold 04 regained the advantage against Debibi United after a lively contest in their Ghana Premier League encounter.
Abdul Samed Tanko opened the scoring for AshantiGold, giving the home side an early lead.
Debibi United responded quickly, with Clement Nketia finding the equaliser to make it 1-1 before the break.
The sides went into halftime level, but AshantiGold came out strongly after the interval and reclaimed the lead through Fredrick Twumasi, who struck in the 64th minute.
With Twumasi’s goal, AshantiGold moved ahead 2-1 as they continued their push for all three points.
