Ibrahim Maza reveals his dream of playing for PSG

Could Ibrahim Maza join Paris Saint-Germain in the future? Although recent reports suggest that the French champions have no immediate plans to sign the Bayer Leverkusen midfielder, the Algerian international has openly admitted that he dreams of wearing the Parisian jersey one day. His comments could reignite speculation ahead of the winter transfer window.

For now, PSG do not appear ready to recruit a replacement for the injured Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Luis Enrique recently explained that an injury does not automatically force the club to sign new players, although he remains open to market opportunities. Meanwhile, reports have linked PSG with Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi, while German outlet Sky has also mentioned Ibrahim Maza as a player attracting interest. However, RMC has indicated that Paris have no intention of opening negotiations for the 20-year-old, whose market value Transfermarkt estimates at €50 million.

Despite the lack of concrete movement, Ibrahim Maza has made his admiration for PSG clear. Speaking to RTL and Sky Sport Germany, the Bayer Leverkusen midfielder described playing for the Parisian club as a huge dream, placing it alongside Real Madrid, Barcelona and Arsenal among the world’s leading teams. Leverkusen consider Maza an important part of their future and reportedly want to extend his contract, which currently runs until 2030. His statement will certainly fuel speculation, even if a move to Paris remains far from certain.
