This ambitious project aims to lay the groundwork for a sustainable sports system across the country. At the heart of this initiative are the ongoing training of local coaches, the modernization of the national league, and the organization of large-scale talent scouting campaigns throughout all of Chad’s provinces.
Beyond the field, this partnership includes a crucial academic component through the involvement of the LaLiga Business School.
The goal is to train executives for careers in sports business and to offer concrete opportunities for career transitions to male and female players nearing the end of their careers.
