Liberia FA conducts CMS engagement workshop for clubs and stakeholders

The Liberia Football Association on Tuesday, 18 August climaxed a two-day Competitions Management System (CMS) Engagement workshop for clubs in the men’s and women’s first and second divisions.

The workshop, facilitated by CAF’s Competitions Strategy & Planning Senior Manager Emad Shenouda and CAF’s Professional Football Manager Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi was intended to provide clubs a clearer understanding of the CMS, CAF’s structure, as well as Professional Football Development Framework.

Day one of the workshop focused on CAF Structure, CAF Competitions Calendar, CAF Competitions, CAF Competitions Division, Organizing a Competition, Competition Management, Officials, the CAF Competition Management System (CMS), and CAF–LFA Synergy.

While day two provided participants the opportunities to interact with the experts, ask questions, share their experiences, and raise concerns for further discussion.

The LFA extends thanks to CAF, as well as participating clubs for the level of corporations, and look forward to a smoother engagement processes as we prepare for the new leagues season.
