Morocco vs Paraguay: Probable Lineup for the Atlas Lions

Following their 1-1 draw with Ecuador, Morocco returns to the field on Tuesday against Paraguay for their second friendly match of the international break.

This match should give head coach Mohamed Ouahbi the opportunity to make a few adjustments to his starting lineup.

Without making drastic changes, the Moroccan coach is expected to rely on a solid foundation. In goal, Yassine Bounou is expected to start.

In defense, captain Achraf Hakimi is expected to play on the right flank, alongside a central defensive pairing of Issa Diop and Chadi Riad, while a change could be made on the left flank.

In midfield, the trend is toward continuity with Azzedine Ounahi, Bilal El Khannouss, and Neil El Aynaoui, a trio tasked with ensuring a balance between ball recovery and attacking runs.

Up front, Brahim Díaz and Abdessamad Ezzalzouli are expected to lead the attack from the wings, with Ayoub El Kaabi likely to start as the lone striker to provide a presence in the box.

Probable lineup

Bounou – Hakimi, Diop, Riad, Salah-Eddine – Ounahi, El Khannouss, El Aynaoui – Brahim Díaz, El Kaabi, Ezzalzouli
