While presenting the award, the traditional ruler described the NFF president as a “silent achiever,” while expressing confidence that Nigerian football would continue to witness positive development under Gusau’s administration.

The ceremony brought together several prominent personalities, including the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), serving and former state governors, and other distinguished guests.

The recognition represents another acknowledgement of Gusau’s efforts in leading the country’s football governing body and improving the administration and development of the sport.
