Nkana FC assistant coach Donashano Malama is among 27 coaches currently pursuing the CAF C Coaching Licence Course in Botswana as part of his continued professional development.
The course, which commenced this week at Jwaneng Village Camp, has brought together coaches from Botswana and across the region.
The course is providing participants with an opportunity to enhance their technical knowledge and coaching skills in line with CAF coaching standards.
Malama’s participation is part of Nkana FC’s commitment to continuous learning and capacity building within its technical team as the club works towards strengthening its football structures on and off the pitch.
The CAF C Licence programme combines both theoretical and practical components, covering key areas of modern football coaching including player development, training methodology, technical instruction and match preparation.
Nkana FC believes that investing in coach education remains vital to the long-term growth of the club and the development of the game.
