Real Madrid: The alarming injury record of Eder Militao

Very bad news for Eder Militao, who is sidelined for several months and will miss the rest of the season as well as the 2026 World Cup with Brazil.

The former FC Porto player has suffered a string of injuries with Real Madrid since his arrival in the summer of 2019, and the situation has only worsened over the past three years.

This marks his 14th spell on the sidelines since joining Real Madrid. As a result, he has missed a total of 152 matches, having played only 194 games for the club during that time.

Absent for nearly every other match, he has missed 712 days of competition. Among his injuries are two cruciate ligament tears.
