The Sierra Leone U-17 Women’s National Team has safely arrived in Lomé, Togo, ahead of their crucial FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Qualifiers Second Preliminary Round fixture against Benin.
The delegation, headed by the Head of Women’s Football, Haja Ramatulai Kamara, arrived in the Togolese capital in high spirits as preparations intensify for the important double-header encounter.
The first leg of the qualifier is scheduled for 25th May 2026, while the second leg will take place on 29th May 2026, with both matches set to be played in Lomé, Togo.
The girls are determined to put up a strong performance as they continue their journey towards securing qualification for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. The winner over the two legs between Sierra Leone and Benin will advance to the next stage to face the winner of the tie between Nigeria and Guinea.
