Tottenham Rule Out Move for Nicolas Jackson as De Zerbi Targets New Wingers

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly ruled out any move for Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson despite their ongoing search for attacking reinforcements ahead of the new season.

The North London club is keen to strengthen its forward line, but the Senegal international is not part of their transfer plans.

Jackson spent last season on loan at German champions Bayern Munich, where he featured in 34 matches across all competitions and scored 11 goals, producing a respectable campaign during his stay in the Bundesliga.

Instead of pursuing the Chelsea forward, Tottenham are focusing on reinforcing the wide areas of their attack.

Liverpool winger Cody Gakpo and Manchester City’s Brazilian winger Savinho have emerged as key targets as the club continues to reshape its squad.

Head coach Roberto De Zerbi is determined to add at least one high-quality wide attacker before the close of the transfer window.

The Italian tactician believes strengthening the flanks will complement the significant investment already made in midfield and defence.

Tottenham have been active in the transfer market this summer as De Zerbi looks to build a squad capable of challenging for major honours, with attention now firmly on securing attacking options that fit his tactical approach rather than pursuing a deal for Jackson.
