Young Power Dynamos FC hold pre-season workshop

Young Power Dynamos FC held a three-day pre-season workshop focused on equipping the young players with valuable knowledge, life skills and guidance to support their development both on and off the pitch.

Day One began with a Financial Literacy session facilitated by Mr. Eugene Mpolokoso. The players also received valuable guidance from Kasongo Mwenge on the risks associated with energy drinks and the importance of proper recovery.

Day Two focused on health and personal wellbeing, with Ms. Tina Kosam leading sessions covering reproductive health, HIV prevention, PrEP and PEP, STIs and GBV sensitisation.

Day Three brought the workshop to a close with an important session on the new Laws of the Game, led by referee Siazemo Vincent, giving the young players greater insight into recent changes and their implications on the pitch.

The workshop was officially closed by Power Dynamos Football Club President, Mr. Benson Simukoko, who addressed the young players and encouraged them to make the most of the knowledge and lessons gained throughout the programme.
