The schedule for the Confederation Cup and Champions League’s upcoming round of stadiums has been made public by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
The only stadium in Nigeria to make the list was Goodswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, according to the announcement made on Monday night.
Only two of the four Nigerian clubs who joined the Inter-Club tournaments this season advanced to the preliminary round’s second round.
In the Champions League’s opening round, US Zilimadjou of Comoros was defeated by Champions Rangers, while Enyimba International was drawn bye.
September has been set aside for the preliminary round’s second round.
