Chelsea defeated struggling Leicester City 1-0 on Sunday, squeezing through with a goal from Spain defender Marc Cucurella in the 60th minute, but they struggled to win the match and move back into the top four of the Premier League.

Prior to Enzo Fernandez’s pass to the charging Cucurella, who skidded an angled shot across the turf and past the diving Mads Hermansen, the home team had been dominant in possession but lacked substance.
