Gambia took the lead for the three points thanks to goals from Musa Barrow in the 55th and 84th minutes and Yankuba Minteh at the hour mark.

The hosts were up against a fiercely competitive Kenyan team that never gave up, but it was not meant to be.
Mohammed Bajaber further cut the lead in the 75th minute after Michael Olunga scored from the penalty kick in the 69th.
After jumping on a loose ball, William Wilson was in the right place at the right time to blast it home with seconds remaining, giving the Kenyans a historic comeback.
Kenya now has six points and is fourth in the group after the comeback.
With four points, the Gambia is only four points behind in fifth place.
