Gambia assistant coach Abdou Jammeh says the Scorpions have had limited time to work with their players ahead of Tuesday’s 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Ghana.
Despite the short preparation period, Jammeh says the technical team has done enough to prepare the squad for the crucial encounter in Accra.
“We didn’t have more time with our players, but we prepared them for tomorrow’s game to give us the best result,” Jammeh said.
The Scorpions will look to put their preparations into action when they take on Ghana, with both teams seeking a positive result in the AFCON qualifying campaign.
