Abdelhamid Ait Boudlal remains on Fulham’s radar, with the English club reportedly still determined to sign the young Moroccan defender despite Stade Rennais rejecting its initial offer.
According to Foot Mercato, talks are ongoing between the two clubs to reach an agreement on the 20-year-old player’s transfer.
For his part, Ait Boudlal is reportedly open to a move to the Premier League a prospect that could give the negotiations more momentum in the coming days.
But Rennes has reasons to keep its defender. Under contract through 2028 and a regular in summer training, the Moroccan is part of the Breton club’s plans as it returns to European competition this season.
