Ghanaian youngster Caleb Yirenkyi made his Premier League debut for Coventry City as they suffered a 3-0 defeat to Arsenal.
The midfielder featured for 62 minutes on his top-flight debut, gaining valuable experience against one of England’s leading sides.
Despite the difficult result, Yirenkyi showed glimpses of promise and contributed 13 touches, three defensive contributions and three recoveries during his time on the pitch.
The debut provides the young Ghanaian with a solid foundation to build on as he continues his development and adapts to the demands of Premier League football.
