Chelsea: Monaco Rejects €45 Million Bid for Lamine Camara

Chelsea has set its sights on Lamine Camara, but AS Monaco is not prepared to part ways with the Senegalese midfielder for just any price.

The London club reportedly made a €45 million offer, but Monaco’s management quickly turned it down, considering the proposal insufficient.

According to Fabrizio Romano, negotiations are still ongoing. Chelsea intends to continue talks with Monaco in an effort to reach an agreement before the transfer window closes.

The Blues see Camara as a potential replacement for Enzo Fernandez, whose move to Manchester City is nearing completion.

For the 22-year-old Senegalese player, this interest from England could represent another major step forward in his career.

But Monaco currently holds the upper hand and seems determined to secure a higher offer before considering a transfer.
