Wydad Athletic Club continued its activity during the summer transfer window after announcing on Wednesday that it had officially signed Congolese forward Silver Ganfola Mpoussi as part of its preparations for the new season.
The Red Team has opted to sign the 30-year-old striker to a one-season contract, thereby adding a new player to the team’s front line.
Wydad is counting on Ganfola Mpoussi’s experience, along with his technical and physical abilities, to provide the expected boost and strengthen the team’s offensive options as it prepares to compete in the various competitions awaiting it next season.
This signing is part of an active transfer window for Wydad, which has brought back a number of well-known players, most notably Yahya Jabran, Yahya Attia Allah, Ayman Al-Hassouni, and Hamza Jnan Allah, in addition to signing Salah al-Din Kofi, Youssoufo Dayo, and Rachid Ghanimi.
