Cameroonian football will enter a busy 2026-2027 season on October 17, 2026, with the return of the MTN Elite One. The campaign will bring together national, regional, women’s, youth and divisional competitions and will run across nearly nine months, with the official season closing on July 15, 2027.
The MTN Elite One will open the campaign on October 17, 2026, before taking a mid-season break from January 18 to January 30, 2027. The top-flight championship will then resume and continue until May 6, 2027. The MTN Elite Two will follow on October 24, while the Regional Super League will begin on October 31. Regional championships will start on November 7, adding another layer to the domestic football calendar.
