Rwanda Amrouche Releases 28-Man Provisional Squad For Super Eagles

Ahead of this month’s Group C 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Lesotho, Adel Amrouche, the new head coach of the Amavubi of Rwanda, has revealed his 28-man provisional roster.

The team was revealed by the Rwanda Football Association (RFA) on their X account on Saturday.

Ahead of this month’s Group C 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Lesotho, Adel Amrouche, the new head coach of the Amavubi of Rwanda, has revealed his 28-man provisional roster.

The team was revealed by the Rwanda Football Association (RFA) on their X account on Saturday.

Amrouche’s starting lineup consists of seven forwards, nine midfielders, eight defenders, and four goalkeepers.

On Friday, March 21, the Amavubi, who lead Group C with seven points, will play the Super Eagles.

They will also be at home when they welcome Lesotho on Tuesday, March 25.

Eric Chelle, the new head coach of the Super Eagles, has revealed his 23-man roster for the games on matchdays five and six.

In addition, the Eagles will set up camp in Kigali for the match against Rwanda on Sunday, March 16.
