World Cup 2026 : Ivory coast squad officially unveiled

Emerse Fae officially unveiled the Ivory coast squad for the World Cup 2026 during a presentation broadcast on RTI1 this Friday. The Ivorian coach selected several experienced players, including Franck Kessié, Evan Ndicka, Nicolas Pépé and Wilfried Singo, while Simon Adingra earned his place after an impressive run of form with AS Monaco.

The coach also decided to include Ange-Yoan Bonny, who could experience his first major tournament with the national team during this World Cup campaign.

The Ivory coast squad for the World Cup 2026 combines experience, physical strength and attacking pace as the Elephants prepare to compete against the world’s biggest nations. Sébastien Haller did not secure a place in the main squad, but he still appears on the reserve list ahead of the competition. Ivory Coast will count on players such as Amad Diallo, Evann Guessand and Elye Wahi to lead the attack and help the country chase a strong run at the tournament.
