Venezia FC have secured the services of Portuguese defender Thierry Correia until the end of the 2026/27 season, with a one-year extension option.
Born on March 9, 1999, in Amadora, Portugal, Thierry Correia came through Sporting CP’s academy before making his first-team debut in the 2018–2019 season.
While playing for the Lisbon club, he appeared in seven official matches, including two in the Europa League, before signing with Valencia CF in the summer of 2019.
In Spain, the right back gradually established himself as a key member of the Valencia squad. He played in 160 official matches, scoring two goals and providing six assists.
His career also allowed him to experience the highest level of European competition by making his debut in the UEFA Champions League.
