German Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt have completed the signing of highly-rated Ghanaian midfielder Lawrence Setordjie from Ghana Premier League side Accra Lions.
The 18-year-old attacking midfielder put pen to paper on a long-term contract with the Eagles and is expected to begin his development with the club’s U21 side as he adapts to life in German football.
Setordjie arrives in Frankfurt after establishing himself as one of Ghana’s brightest young prospects. Despite his age, he amassed more than 50 appearances across the Ghana Premier League and the Division One League, showcasing his creativity, technical quality and maturity in midfield.
The move represents another significant milestone in the youngster’s career and continues Accra Lions’ growing reputation for developing and exporting top Ghanaian talent to Europe.
