Zambia Super League outfit ZESCO United Football Club have announced the acquisition of new players ahead of the Transition League.
Cameroonian forward Brice Sindjo joins from Colombe Sportive, where he registered 9 goals and 2 assists in 10 matches last season.
Kennedy Musonda returns to the Zambia Super League. At Young Africans he scored 32 goals and won 3 Tanzanian Premier League titles, 3 Cups, 2 Community Shields, and reached the CAF Confederation Cup Final. He has also scored 4 goals for Zambia in the 2025 AFCON qualifiers.
From Red Arrows FC, ZESCO has secured the services of defender Happy Nsiku, a 2025 CHAN participant with Zambia, and attacking winger Antony Shipanuka, who brings CECAFA Cup experience.
The club has also bolstered its squad with goalkeeper Patrick Chooma from Leopards FC, Chadian midfielder Yves Allarabaye from Foullah Edifice, Gilbert Tetani from Mufulira Wanderers, and John Mulenga who joins from Green Buffaloes having featured for Young Green Buffaloes.
Allarabaye brings continental experience, with 22 caps for the Chad National Team since his debut on 29 March 2022. He has featured in Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers and FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers.
